St. Charles School Fundraising Council

Mission Statement

The Fund Raising Council’s mission is to wk with the Pastor, St Charles Parish, the School Principal, and the families of St Charles School to raise revenue through donations and fund raising in order to maintain fiscal responsibility. We also address future challenges through effective public relations and marketing while striving for a Christian academic and social environment.

Members

Members of the Fund Raising Council are parent volunteers along with Fr. Timothy Shea, Pastor/Advisor, Rita Masotta, Principal, and Brendar Mahoney, Parish Financial Administrator.

The council meets once a month and members coordinate and help run the fund raising events. All parents are welcome to attend these meetings and share new ideas and suggestions.

Goals

This year's fund raising goal is $67,000 (as established by the St. Charles School Board). Fund raising is the responsibility of every family in the school! We plan on accomplishing our goal through the foliowing evaits and progams.

Fudge sale / Spring Raffle - $2,000

Golf Tournament - $7,500

Other Fundraising Activities

There are many things that the 'friends' of St. Charles School can do to help us raise funds to support our school. And the best news is that most of it is free! We are currently enrolled in a number of programs with sponsoring companies that give credits for technology as well as cash to our school when we get interested people to enroll. Most of these are simply filling out a form or sending in clipped coupons and receipts to the school. It's easy and it's fun! Won't you help us out by checking out these options?
