Mission Statement

The mission of the St. Charles School Technology Committee is to assist the school in the assessment and introduction of technology into the classroom to enrich and strengthen the general curriculum. |

|
The ongoing work of the Committee will be to oversee and continually reevaluate the use of appropriate technology in the school. Effective results are contingent upon a close working relationship between the Committee and the faculty. |
|
|
The use of technology will be geared toward the attainment of specific academic goals tailored to the needs and unique requirements of the students in grades K-8. |
|
|
Our goal is not to acquire technology for technology's sake. Computers in the school should be used as an integrated tool for the teacher and the curriculum. |
